1. Introduction

Welcome to Eazdrop, a mobile application developed and operated by Gaiavation Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Eazdrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms govern your access and use of Eazdrop, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the app (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Eazdrop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eazdrop. By using the app, you affirm that you are either 13 years of age or older or, if you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use the app.

To access certain features of Eazdrop, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Services

Eazdrop provides a platform for real-time communication, content sharing, and social interaction between users. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use Eazdrop in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• Use Eazdrop for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Eazdrop, a Eazdrop employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks connected to Eazdrop.

5. Content

5.1 User-Generated Content You may create, post, share, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to, text, photos, videos, audio, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). By sharing User Content on Eazdrop, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of Eazdrop.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to your User Content.

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

• Your User Content is not unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate in our sole discretion.

5.2 Eazdrop Content All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials available on Eazdrop, excluding User Content, are the property of Gaiavation Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Eazdrop may require payment, such as premium services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. By purchasing any service or subscription, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing terms applicable at the time of your purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or provided for by our specific refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any subscription or payment-related features, with or without notice, at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

While using Eazdrop, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Harassment, bullying, or abuse of other users.

• Posting or sharing sexually explicit or pornographic material.

• Conducting illegal activities or promoting violence or hatred.

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Using automated means (e.g., bots) to access or collect data from the app.

• Engaging in commercial activities without prior written consent from Gaiavation Inc.

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Eazdrop, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, failure to pay any required fees, or if we suspect illegal, harmful, or unauthorized use of the app.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law These Terms and your use of Eazdrop shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Arbitration Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Eazdrop will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Eazdrop may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by Gaiavation Inc. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services and encourage you to read their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Privacy

Your use of Eazdrop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your data.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the app and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Eazdrop after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaiavation Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Eazdrop, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eazdrop is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
